DENVER — Pinch hitter Yasmani Grandal drove in the go-ahead run with a fielder’s choice grounder in the 12th inning to lift the San Diego Padres to a 6-5 win over Colorado on Thursday night, snapping a six-game skid against the Rockies. With the bases loaded and one out, Grandal sent a chopper to third that Nolan Arenado fielded, quickly stepping on the bag and throwing low to first.
